Our Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Due to the nature of hemp-derived products and health regulations, returns are limited but we're committed to making things right if there's an issue with your order.

Our Promise: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Eligible for Return/Replacement

We accept returns or provide replacements for:

  • Damaged in Shipping: Products that arrived damaged during transit. Please take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Defective Products: Vape cartridges that don't function, sealed products with contamination, or products that don't match description.
  • Wrong Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered.
  • Expired Products: Products past their expiration date at time of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Products where the issue is subjective (taste, smell, or effect preferences)
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Products without proof of purchase

Why Some Returns Aren't Possible

Hemp-derived products have return limitations due to health and safety regulations. Once a product leaves our possession, we cannot verify its handling, making it unsafe to resell.

How to Request a Return

If you need to return or replace a product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours – Email support@budbo.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Document the problem – Take photos showing the damage, defect, or wrong item received.
  3. Keep the product and packaging – Don't dispose of anything until we've resolved your issue.
  4. We'll respond within 24 hours – Our team will review your request and provide next steps.

Refund Options

When your return is approved, you can choose:

  • Full refund: Returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Replacement: We'll ship a replacement product at no cost.
  • Store credit: Credit added to your account for future purchases (includes a 10% bonus).

Local Pickup/Delivery Orders

For orders fulfilled through our partner dispensaries, return policies may vary based on state regulations and dispensary policies. Contact the dispensary directly for return requests on locally fulfilled orders.

  • Inspect shipments immediately: Check your order as soon as it arrives and report any issues right away.
  • Read product descriptions: Make sure you understand what you're ordering, including potency and product type.
  • Start small: If trying a new product, consider ordering a smaller quantity first.
